A memorial service is a dignified way of remembering those we have lost.

There are many reasons why you may choose to have a memorial - maybe the funeral was at a time or place where people couldn't get to or maybe you feel that it didn't do justice to your loved one.

Holding a memorial service in which people can once again come together to remember them, their achievements and to reminisce is something you may choose to do.

You'll want a service that is unique, that truly tells their story, their values and beliefs. But not everyone wants a memorial based on religion and the prescriptive approach that this can sometimes take.

By working with us, you are assured of a completely unique memorial service because we'll write it from scratch. Starting with a blank page, we will work with you to create the ceremony you want.

We craft and edit the script to perfection, formatting it so that when you deliver the memorial service, you'll have an easy-to-read and follow script.

As well as writing the ceremony, we can deliver it too. Creating the memorial service that you want, our team will deliver it at a time, place and location of your choosing.

Our team can also help in organising the ceremony too by getting in touch with family and friends to invite them to the occasion.

Based in Conwy, we offer our memorial writing and delivery throughout the North Wales coast, Chester and beyond. To find out more, please email the team or call 07377 135 517.

We tailor this ceremony to dignify the wishes of you and your loved one, delivering at your chosen location. Please get in touch to find out more about how and where you can scatter ashes.

How We Work

Planning and organising a funeral is not something that thankfully, you'll need to do often. What that does mean, however, if that you are unsure of what the next steps are.

When you contact Jackson's Celebrants, we will:

  • Discuss your initial plans or ideas, supporting and helping you at this difficult time - we do this via a phone call or Skype

  • If you decide to continue with us, we will send you an invoice for the agreed fee.

  • If the memorial is planned for some weeks or months ahead, you'll pay a deposit to secure the date, paying the balance at an agreed time before the memorial ceremony.

  • We'll begin working on the ceremony script by either emailing our Funeral Pack or by arranging a face-to-face, phone or Skype meeting - this is the process of gathering information on your loved one so we can begin to draft the ceremony. Many people find this part difficult at times. We take it at your pace.

  • At the time and place agreed upon, we will deliver the ceremony with a gentle dignity befitting of your loved one

  • You'll also receive a keepsake copy of the script in a hardbacked cover a few weeks after the ceremony
